Its attenuation capacity provides satisfactory protection against high frequencies and electric and magnetic fields. It is ideally used when affixed to walls, ceilings and floors to create anechoic chambers (rooms isolated from external electric fields and high frequencies).

This fabric has a certain rigidity. It can be used as an underlay for wallpaper, onto which the final wallpaper will be applied, or directly as paintable wallpaper. This fabric can be stapled or glued. For maximum attenuation performance, it must be earthed.
