Deliveries

Packages are generally shipped within 48 to 72 hours after the order has been prepared and payment has been received. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking, or a private carrier if necessary.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will be required to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Special care is taken with parcels containing fragile items.
