HF35c + HFW35c Kit Gigahertz Solutions
HF35c + HFW35c Kit Gigahertz Solutions
The HF35c has the same functions and configurations as the HF32D, but with the following additional features:
- Identification of pulsed wave sources (mobile telephony (GSM, UMTS/G3), cordless telephones (DECT), WLAN (Bluetooth), air traffic radars) by recognising a characteristic acoustic signal of frequency modulation.
- Display of peak values on the screen as well as average values (switchable)
- Sensitivity improved by a factor of 10 (for a minimum screen resolution of 0.1µW/m² to a maximum of 1999 µW/m²).
- TIP: This is our best-selling device for simple evaluation!
| Frequency range: | 800 MHz - 2.5 GHz |
| Measuring range: | Power density: 0.1 - 1999 µW/m² |
| Accuracy: | Basic accuracy and linear tolerance: +/- 6dB Zero (offset) and rollover verification: +/- 9 digits |
| Sensor: | Logarithmic periodic antenna |
| Audio analysis: | Identification of the nature of pulsed radiation sources (mobile phones (GSM, UMTS/G3), cordless phones (DECT), WLAN (Bluetooth), air traffic control radars, etc.) by means of an acoustic signal proportional to the modulated frequency. |
| Power supply: | 9-volt alkaline manganese battery, average operating time 6-7 hours Low battery indicator on screen, automatic power-off function |
| Signal evaluation: | Display of peak values and average values (AVG) (switchable) |
| Other questions: | 2-year warranty |

The HFW35c measures from 2.4 to 6 GHz and has demodulation with audio output. It is as easy to use as the HF35C. The function and equipment of this device are adapted to the needs and practice of green building. Due to its comparatively low price, it is also often used by IT services companies, authorities and industry for the display of WLAN networks.
- For measuring frequencies between 2.4 and 6 GHz
- A very special measuring instrument that can measure radiation from wireless technologies or wireless computer networks, including standards such as Bluetooth, WLAN and WiFi. It also covers the frequencies of WiMAX transmitters in operation since 2006.
- It comes with a specially shaped log-per antenna with excellent directionality (patent: AZ 10 2006 051 180.8).
- A special filter that suppresses DECT and mobile phone frequencies is integrated into the device so as not to alter the measurement of frequencies between 2.4 and 6 GHz.
- Equipped with a switch for professional devices for quantitative differentiation between pulsed and non-pulsed radiation.
